In the couple of coaching sessions with Melia, I have found her to be very approachable and non-judgemental. She listens well, with a good set of tools to help unpick your values and priorities. She has a focused, no non-sense approach to work through your agenda. As a qualified coach myself, I am liking her approach already. These sessions are important to me as I need accountability to maintain focus on myself and my targets.
